• In rare cases where The Quantum Zeal must cancel your session, we will notify you promptly and provide the option to:

  • Reschedule your session at no extra cost.

  • Receive a full refund.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refunds for Cancellations

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund.

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation.

2.2 Non-Refundable Services

• Once a consultation has taken place or personalized document preparation has begun, refunds are not applicable.
